You should have a valid real estate license (or be in the process of obtaining one) and a strong interest in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. Experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated newcomers too. We are currently hiring agents licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Georgia, and Florida. 

Not necessarily. We accept both licensed agents and those working toward their license. Our team provides guidance to help you get licensed if needed. 

We’re hiring both full-time and part-time agents. We value flexibility and can help you find a schedule that works for you. 

We offer very competitive commission splits designed to reward your hard work while providing support and resources to help you close more deals. Specific details can be discussed during the interview and is negotiable.

You can work remotely, but we have an office you can stop by. Most of your work can be done online. You only need to be present locally for property showings and client meetings.
